SRM - Supplier Relationship Management
Under the SRM tab you make settings for the SRM and create activities. You also log e-mail correspondence and log activities regarding the supplier in question.

Monitor’s SRM function is based on a contact/supplier register holding functions such as supplier status, activity planning, reminder function, and a text log where you can document all business actions. You should then combine this contact register/supplier register with other functions in Monitor to get an overall picture of the entire business.
Supplier status on different types of business contacts
Is the new business contact a potential supplier or have we already received a delivery making the contact an actual supplier? Is it a contact made at an exhibition/trade fair? By assigning different supplier statuses for your business contacts you can easily select by status and focus your work on the right type of contact.
You update/change the supplier status under the SRM tab in the Supplier register, or in the Supplier list procedure, in the Standard list type using the SRM presentation.
Planning activities and the reminder function
By registering all planned activities for the suppliers/contacts in Monitor, you will gain an excellent overview of your commitments regarding each supplier. If any of the planned activities happens to be overlooked, you can choose to get a reminder in the system.
All planned supplier activities in Monitor can easily be synchronized to an external calendar system, for example, Microsoft Outlook.
You can load a list and print supplier activities via the Activity list procedure. You can also update data such as person responsible, performed by, reported date, and status, in the list. You can also enter a comment and link files to each activity, as well as write a log text, for example, if you do an update on an activity.
What was it we decided?
Do you have full control over what you agreed with your suppliers? In Monitor, you can easily make a note and see all conversations and events you have had with your business contacts. This can be all types of business events, phone calls, visits, meetings, letters, e-mails, orders, inquiries, etc. You can easily sign all notes with date and name.
In the Log of activities/e-mails you can use Ctrl + B to activate a search function for the log.
If personnel is away
In Monitor, all information is gathered in one place. Therefore, the work does not stand and fall with having all employees in place, at all times. It is very easy for you to go in and look at each other's activities in case of sick leave, for example. Important information will not be lost if someone at the company leaves, and it is easy for new employees to take over responsibility for suppliers after their predecessors. Of course, you can restrict the access to information in the system depending on permission levels.
