Print transport label – Purchase
In this procedure you can print transport labels for order rows that have been arrival reported. There are different list types that determine the type of transport label to be printed, depending on the result of the arrival reporting. The procedure supports different layouts and sizes of the transport labels.

Transfer to stock
In this list type you print transport labels for arrival reported packages that will be stocked. These transport labels show for example arrival date, location, arrival reported quantity, and quantity/package.
Receiving inspection
In this list type you print transport labels for items that must be undergo a receiving inspection at arrival. For example, there can be damages to the packaging or parts that should be inspected for damage. These transport labels including for example arrival date, goods label, and purchase order.
Rejects
In this list type you print transport labels for packages or parts of packages reported as rejected. Rejections are reported in the Receiving inspection procedure. These transport labels show for example rejected quantity, rejection cause, and arrival date.

In a list procedure there is always a tab called Selection where you can select data records in different intervals from the database. The data records are then loaded by using the Load button in the toolbar of the procedure.
Under Selection rows in the backstage of the procedure, you can choose which selection rows that each list type should have, under the Selection tab in the procedure. In the List type field you select for which list type you want to customize the selection rows.
One table shows selection rows possible to select and one one table shows the selected selection rows. You can add, delete, or move selection rows by dragging and dropping the selection rows with your mouse pointer.
Using the Save button you save the selected selection rows.
