The Total list
The list is loaded and displayed based on the selection and settings you have chosen. As in all lists in Monitor ERP, you can drag and drop in order to change the column to group by.
The total list includes columns with total values grouped by work center or department (depending on the selected presentation) Here below you will find a description of the columns in the total list.
The total values of prioritized operations, operations ready to run, given that the previous operation is finished, and delayed operations, can also be seen per work center on the header row in the Priority planning procedure. There it is also possible to filter by these critical operations in order to take further actions.
Below you will find descriptions of a number of the columns.
Earliest start date
Here you see the start date for the operation with the earliest start date of all the operations in the work center or department. If the date has passed, it will be shown in red.
Total – Operation
Here you can see the total number of operations in the work center or department.
Total – Time
In this column you can see the total amount of planned time for all operations in the work center or department.
Priority – Operation
Here you see the number of operations with a priority, in the work center or department.
Priority – Time
Here you can see the total planned time for all prioritized operations in the work center or department.
Previous operation – Operation
Here you see the number of operations ready to run in the work center or department. The operation is ready to run if the previous operation is finished.
Previous operation – Time
Here you see the planned time for all operations ready to run in the work center or department. The operation is ready to run if the previous operation is finished.
Previous operation plus material – Operation
In this column you see the number of operations that are ready to run in the work center or department. The operation is regarded as ready to run when the previous operation is finished and the material has been cleared.

In this column you see the planned time for all operations that are ready to run in the work center or department. The operation is regarded as ready to run when the previous operation is finished and the material has been cleared.
Are late – Operation
In this column you can see the number of operations in the work center or department, that already are late.

In this column you can see the planned time for all operations in the work center or department, that already are late.
Will be late – Operation
In this column you can see the number of operations that probably will be late in the work center or department.
