Server printers

In this procedure you register server printers.

Server printers are used for printouts initiated from the mobile client. The printouts are made by the application server (the Monitor server). A printer driver (local or network) must be installed on the application server using the Windows account that runs the service for the application server.

In the Documents/Printers table, in the Users procedure, you add different documents that you want to be able to print from the mobile client. There you also link a Server printer to the document. This is configured for users who will be printing from the mobile client.

At the very bottom of the window you can see information about who created and most recently modified the information for the current record and at what time. Using the button you will access a log containing all modifications.
