Safety stock below reorder point
In this list you see the parts selected under the Selection tab. The information in the list – except for part number, name, part type, and ABC ABC codes are used to classify the range of parts by the volumes you sell. The codes are used as a scale for the parts that turn over the most money. The turnover is calculated by multiplying the price of the part by the annual volume. Parts that turn over the most money are called "A-parts", and after that, "B-parts", etc. code – is described below.

Here you see the quantity required to order to reach the safety stock level.

Here you see the quantity required to order to reach the reorder point.
Balance
Here you see the part's current balance on all locations in the part register.
Reordered
Here you see the quantity that are active "orders" for both purchase orders and manufacturing orders.
Excess balance
Here you see if the part has an excess balance, otherwise you see a zero here. What is considered as excess balance is determined based on the selected formula in the Formula field (the Wilson formula is selected by default) and the setting called Allowed margin for excess balance found under the Selection tab.
Last stock count date
Here you see the date when the part was most recently stock counted.
Calculated order quantity
The calculated order quantity for the part is based on the selected Formula in the settings. The Wilson formula is used by default.
Order quantity
Here you see the part's Order quantity from the part register.
Safety stock
Here you see the part's Safety stock from the part register.
Reorder point
Here you see the part's Reorder point from the part register.
Value of required reorder, reorder point
Here you see the value of the required reorder to reach the reorder point. This value is based on the price alternative selected under the Selection tab.
