Delivery reliability
In this procedure you measure your company's ability to deliver on time to customers.
There are settings that affect how the delivery reliability is measured and calculated. You can choose to measure delivery reliability based on each delivery row or on each customer order row.
The two list called Detailed and Total are based on the deliveries made. You can also include late deliveries that have not been delivered yet. The list displays which deliveries that were delivered too late, too early, and on time. Rows originating from credit invoices are not displayed and will not affect the delivery reliability.
There are also two lists called Future delivery reliability where you in detailed and total form can see future delivery reliability based on future planned deliveries within an entered horizon. This is based on New finish on customer order row (from the Net requirement calculation
You use the net requirement calculation to perform requirements planning based on the customer order backlog, as well as any existing sales forecasts.).
List types
Detailed
This list type loads a detailed list regarding delivery reliability. It is possible to group the list by customer, part, or actual delivery date.
Total
This list type loads a total list regarding the delivery reliability. It is possible to total the list by customer, part, or actual delivery date. You can expand the rows to show the detailed information. The list is also presented as a chart in the lower part of the window.
Future delivery reliability – Detailed
This list type loads a detailed list of our future expected delivery reliability to customer in relation to earliest finish date on order row (from the CDT CDT is short for check delivery times and it is a function on order rows which calculates when the order row in question can be delivered, taking lead times and throughput times into consideration. CDT also checks if existing orders and suggestions can cover material shortages, if any, and affects when the order row can be delivered.) and within the entered number of days (horizon). It is possible to group the list by customer, part, new finish, and delivery date. This is changed according to future delivery reliability
Future delivery reliability – Total
This list type loads a total list of our future expected delivery reliability to customer in relation to earliest finish date on order row (from the CDT) and within the entered number of days (horizon). It is possible to total the list by customer, part, new finish, and delivery date. The list is also presented as a chart in the lower part of the window. This is changed according to future delivery reliability
Presentations
The presentations determine how the selected list should be displayed/presented. For example if it should be presented as grouped or as total. There are some standard presentations included in the program.
In most procedures where you can load lists, it is possible to create your own presentations. This is done under Presentations in the backstage of the procedure in question. If you create your own presentation you can for example choose if it should have a drilldown function and a drilldown filterering.
You can select which columns the list should consist of, and for each of the columns you can configure grouping, sorting, aggregation, and if the column should be shown in chart form and if it should be printed. Additionally you can also make printout settings, chart settings, and settings regarding extra aggregation.

Selection rows
In a list procedure there is always a tab called Selection where you can select data records in different intervals from the database. The data records are then loaded by using the Load button 
in the toolbar of the procedure.
Under Selection rows in the backstage of the procedure, you can choose which selection rows that each list type should have, under the Selection tab in the procedure. In the List type field you select for which list type you want to customize the selection rows.
One table shows selection rows possible to select and one one table shows the selected selection rows. You can add, delete, or move selection rows by dragging and dropping the selection rows with your mouse pointer.
Using the Save button 
you save the selected selection rows.
