Outgoing payments

In this box you enter supplier invoices to be paid, row by row. You enter a consecutive number and it is possible to adjust the suggested amount to pay, otherwise you move on to the next row. At the bottom of the window there is a total of all amount columns, and it is updated continuously.

Row

This is a number for the row. The first row starts with 1, always, and the default number for a new row is the next available number. The table/list is sorted by this column. The number is unique and cannot exist on more than one row.

Consecutive number

This column you enter the consecutive number of the invoice. The LookupClosed The Lookup feature is a powerful search tool which allows you to search and load information from large registers. You open the Lookup feature by clicking on the dropdown button or by using F4 on your keyboard. feature will show invoices regardless of their payment method. Only invoices with a remaining amount greater than or less than zero will be shown. Invoices that are not shown are invoices that have been ordered for payment in full (not confirmed), invoices that have not been final recorded or invoices that are blocked for payment.

An invoice number can only occur on one row. For a credit invoice the consecutive number is displayed in red.

Due date

Here you can see the due date of the invoice. That is, the due date that is saved in the accounts payable record. The due date is displayed in red if it is not within the open periods, is a non-working day, or it has already passed.

Payment date

Here you see the date of payment. It is normally set to the invoice’s due date by default, but it can be changed. It is not possible to select a date which is earlier than today’s date. You can have different payment dates on different rows. An error message appears if you enter a payment date that is earlier than the invoice date.

Amount to pay

Here you see/enter the amount that will be paid. It is entered in the invoice's currency. The amount is automatically recalculated to the company currency via the exchange rate. This amount is displayed in the column called Amount.

The remaining amount is entered by default, but can be changed. It is possible to enter an amount that is greater than or less than the remaining amount. For "On accountClosed On account is a partial payment (advance payment) which you have made to a supplier or received from a customer. payments" it is possible to enter a negative amount. If the paid amount differs from the remaining amount it will be handled as a partial payment. A warning appears if you enter a paid amount that is greater than the remaining amount of the invoice.

The amounts of credit invoices are displayed in red.

Bank charge

Here you will see the bank charge, if any.

Amount

(Amount to pay in the company currency.) Here you can see the paid amount recalculated to the company currency. The calculation takes the exchange rate on the accounts payable entry into consideration.

New remaining amount

Here you can see the invoice’s remaining amount, shown in the currency of the invoice. Remaining amount only occur when making partial payments. Credit amounts are displayed in red.

Invoice type

Here you see the invoice type, for example Debit.

Remaining amount

Here you can see the remaining amount of the invoice prior to payment. Credit amounts are displayed in red.

Initial rate

Here you can see the exchange rate of the invoice (the exchange rate registered in the accounts payable). This cannot be modified.

Comment

You can here enter a comment for the supplier invoice.

Pay via

Here you can enter the supplier number for the supplier via which the payment will be made. This will affect the account information/giro number, etc. which is applied during the payment.

Recipient account

Here you can see the bank account number for the supplier. You can select among the accounts that are registered on the supplier.

Sender account

Here you see the own bank account that will be charged. You can select among the accounts that are registered under the Bank accounts tab in the Bank settings procedure. Which bank account that shall be used by default in this field is determined by the currency code and is checked against the settings of the payment method.

Cash discount %

Cash discount % is shown in red font if the payment was made later than the cash discount date.
