Options – Delivered by Monitor

The items listed in this section are options that need to be updated to specified versions (or later version) compatible with PostgreSQL (before migration). The tool will show you which options are affected.

If a green icon is displayed, the option can be updated to the compatible version mentioned next to the option name. If it's not green, you have to wait for Monitor's approval. Please note, that the version number can be changed when the icon switches from red (not approved yet) to green (approved version by Monitor).

Once all options have been updated, confirm this by marking the step as completed in the tool.

If no options are displayed in the tool, no action is required.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE REGARDING SEPARATE SERVERS:
If you are using external servers or other clients that need to connect to the Monitor database server after the conversion to PostgreSQL, you must allow these connections in the pg_hba.conf file. This applies if you are using e.g., the Machine Integration option on a separate server. (Read more)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING MONITOR WEBSHOP:
As the webshop option is being phased out, it will not be made compatible with PostgreSQL. We are happy to help you find an alternative, contact us or read more about our e-commerce integrations. Once you have reviewed the available options and decided how you would like to proceed, Monitor Support will be available to assist you with the termination and deactivation of the Webshop option. Your company can be migrated to PostgreSQL only after the option has been deactivated.
