Adaptations – Delivered by Monitor

For adaptations covered by update agreements, Monitor is responsible for ensuring compatibility with PostgreSQL. If you do not have any adaptations, this step will be automatically completed in the tool.

Before we can deliver your adaptation, you need to install Deployment Platform – a web-based solution where you can install, update and maintain your adaptations. You can launch the installation via a link in the PostgreSQL Assistant tool. Alternatively, you can launch installation from the server folder of your Monitor installation (Monitor.DeploymentServer.Setup.exe)

When the installation is complete, please fill in this form (the form is also available directly in the tool). We will contact you as soon as your adaptation is ready for delivery. If there are any preparations you still need to complete, or if you are waiting for other steps to be finalized, please wait before submitting your request.

If you require additional support, such as installation, testing or a joint review, there is an additional cost according to the current price list. Please contact our adaptations department if you require support.
