Permission levels

Please note! The user rights for Data permissions are by default limited to users assigned the ERP manager role or System administrator in Monitor ERP.

Under the Permission levels page you can control whether users can view or edit data and dashboards in Monitor BI. Permissions are based on the user concept from Monitor ERP and can be configured on role, user rights group and user level. There are four available permission levels:

• None – Deny user access to Monitor BI.

• Viewer – Allow user to only view.

• Editor – Allow user to view and edit dashboards.

• Administrator – Allow user full access which includes administration of user permissions, data extraction and creation of custom data sources.

Roles

This tab contains a list of available roles from Monitor ERP.

Groups

This tab contains a list of user rights groups from Monitor ERP.

Users

This tab contains a list of users from Monitor ERP.

Permission level

This column contains a list of permissions levels in Monitor BI. Used to provision users access to view and edit dashboards.

Resulting permissions

This column displays resulting permissions for each user. The resulting permissions are generated by the settings in tabs Roles, Groups and Users. A tooltip is present on each permission level with information on which level it's configured on.
