Manage categories

By using the Manage categories button, you can create grouping items to apply to your dashboards. This means that you are not limited to default prefixes within the modules, but that you can organize the contents in a way which suits your own workflows, processes and needs. This provides a greater flexibility and control regarding the structuring of your dashboards. You find this button at the bottom of the Dashboards menu.

Create and manage own categories:

  1. Click the Manage categories button.

  2. Enter a name for your category in the field called Add new category.

  3. Click the green plus button to add the category.

Via the Manage categories button, you can also change name of a category, delete categories, as well as rank them. You can only delete categories not containing any dashboards.

Only the users who have been assigned the Administrator permission level are able to manage categories.

Move dashboards to a separate/own category:

  1. Click the button with three dots next to the dashboard you wish to move.

  2. Select Move to and then mark the category to which you wish to move the dashboard.

You can move multiple dashboards to the same category.

Please note! You can only move your own dashboards (not standard dashboards) to your category.
