Monitor CRM – User guide

Monitor CRM is a customer relationship management system built for manufacturing companies and closely integrated with Monitor ERP. This online guide covers everything a user needs, from signing in and day-to-day sales activities to administrator settings.

The online guide describes the current version of Monitor CRM. Some features are available only if your role has the required permissions. These are identified with a Role notification throughout the documentation.

What Monitor CRM is used for

Monitor CRM manages the sales side of a manufacturing business: the companies you sell to, the contacts within those companies, the opportunities you are working on, the quotes you send, and the follow-up activities that keep deals moving forward. It does not replace Monitor ERP but works alongside it. The ERP system remains the source of record for customers, parts, prices, orders, and invoices. The CRM manages the sales relationship, including opportunities, activities, notes, quotes in progress, forecasts, and sales targets.
