Credit Report Integration (CRI)

Get access to credit information and automatic updates of customer data directly in Monitor ERP by using the Creditsafe integration. Continual monitoring helps you spot risks and make safer business decisions.

The credit safe integration gives you access to credit information in Monitor ERP. Customers and suppliers are automatically updated when credit scores, credit limits, addresses, or other financial information is changed. This ensures that you are always working with up-to-date and reliable information.

How CRI works

Once CRI has been installed and set up, it communicates with both Monitor ERP and Creditsafe.

If a monitoring event occurs in Creditsafe, the corresponding customer is updates in Monitor ERP automatically. Depending on your settings, the system can also carry out actions such as blocking a customer or sending notifications.

Automatic matching

CRI automatically matches customers/suppliers in Monitor ERP to the corresponding companies in Creditsafe. Matching is done primarily based on organization numbers or VAT numbers, but other information can be used.

If multiple possible matches are found, you are able to manually review and select the correct company in the web interface.

Credit information

CRI retrieves credit information from Creditsafe and updates it in Monitor ERP. Standard values such as credit limit, name, and address are updated in the respective field, while other information, such as credit rating, is saved in extra fields.

Credit reports can also be saved as documents directly on the customer or supplier. . .

Blocking companies

CRI can automatically block customers in Monitor ERP based on credit information.

Blocks are activated when defined terms are met, such as:

  • The company is no longer active
  • The credit report is under a given level
  • A monitoring event meets the terms for blocking

What you need to use the integration

The following is required to use CRI:

  • Windows environment
  • Active subscription for Creditsafe Connect API
  • Monitor ERP
  • API users in Monitor ERP for the integration
  • CRI license
