Integration with Creditsafe
The integration with Creditsafe option will automatically update your customers in Monitor ERP with information about their credit rating.
Integration with Creditsafe is a program developed to automatically load information about credit rating from Creditsafe and update this information for the selected customers in Monitor ERP. This way you can take away some of the manual work required to maintain the customer register. By using the integration with Creditsafe you can have the following information in Monitor ERP updated:
- Credit limit
- Customer name
- Customer's mailing address
- Block/Notify
- Credit rating (saved in an Extra field in the Customer register)
How does the integration work?
You create a selection of customers for which the credit information should be updated. The customer selection can be made by using customer groups and/or country. You can also configure to exclude private persons and private businesses, partnerships or limited partnership companies. You should also configure how often the information should be loaded.
Benefits of the integration
- A credit limit which is always updated based on the customer's financial situation.
- The customers' names and mailing address are automatically kept updated.
- Block/Notify during order registration is determined by information from Creditsafe.
- Credit rating is saved under Extra fields in the Customer register.
What you need to use the integration
- The Integration with Creditsafe option in Monitor ERP.
- The Get Data service with Creditsafe.
