Settings

In this box you add the rows of schedules which will form the schedule cycle. You create the schedule cycle per week or for multiple weeks and that is why the number of days on the rows with schedules which you add, must be divisible by 7.

Schedule number

In this column you select the schedule number to use. You can select among the registered work schedules and overtime schedules. You will see the name of the schedule to the right.

Number of days

Here you enter the number of days for which the schedule should apply. The total number of schedule days of the cycle is shown at the bottom of the table. The total number of days must be possible to divide by 7, that is, it is week based.

By using the button you can see the work schedule in chart form.

Time

In this column you see the total of scheduled time (in hours) for the entered number of days, that is, the schedule time × number of days. The total time for the cycle is shown at the bottom of the table. Overtime schedules does not show scheduled time.

Overtime schedule

Here you can select an overtime schedule if the schedule on the row is a work schedule.

For example you can decide that a certain overtime schedule should apply for the selected work schedule when the employees are working overtime on a weekday. On a second row in the schedule cycle you enter the overtime schedule which should apply for the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

Holidays according to

In this column you determine which calendar the schedule uses. The calendar defines which days during the year that are holidays. If you need another calendar than the default one, you can register such in the Calendars procedure.

Overtime schedule for holidays

With this setting you decide which overtime schedule should apply during holidays such as Christmas and Easter, etc. By using the button you can see the overtime schedule in chart form.

Displaced weekend

This setting means that personnel which have the schedule will get their Overtime schedule for holidays applied on the day before the calendar in the field Holidays acc. to states it is a holiday. This is for example used to make sure that personnel working the night shift gets a night shift off on the night before Christmas Eve.
