Supplier’s most recent invoices

When you have registered a supplier invoice it becomes possible to see information about how the supplier has invoiced you on previous occasions. The information might be useful when you are handling an invoice from the supplier in question. When handling an electricity bill you can for example wish to see previous electricity bills, the amounts, and how these have been posted. If you are using the option EIM you can also see images of the most recent invoices and compare these to the invoice you are working on.

In the box you can see the most recent invoices from the supplier in question. The latest invoice (as regards to consecutive number) is at the top and the rest in descending order. By default the 10 most recent invoices are displayed, but this can be changed in a field underneath the list. In the box below you can see the posting for the invoice marked in the list.
