Form templates

This procedure is used if you have installed the Tools & Maintenance option.

In this procedure you create form templates under the Templates tab. These will then be used during calibration and maintenance of tools and machines.

A form template describes the protocol that is used to enter measuring data when calibrating tools. A form template can also be a checklist or a protocol that is used during maintenance of machines.

The form template can consist of several sections with main rows and sub-rows. Main rows work as a heading. Sub-rows can be of the types decimals, checkboxes, date fields, and text fields.

Under the Document tab you can preview what the form template will look like as a document if you print it. Under this tab you can also print the document or send it as a PDF attached to an e-mail.

You link a form template to one or multiple maintenance templates. These are created in the Basic dataClosed With "basic data" we refer to the static records in a database, for example parts, customers, users, work centers, etc. – Maintenance procedure. The maintenance templates should then be linked to maintenance plans that are registered for each tool and machine in the Maintenance plans procedure.

At the very bottom of the window you can see information about who created and most recently modified the information for the current record and at what time. Using the button you will access a log containing all modifications.
