Settings

In the Settings section available under the Chart tab and under the List tab, you can determine which loading types, work centers, and order types, that you want to show. You can also make changes to some of the settings made under the Selection tab.

Show

  • Loading types – Here you select the loading types that will be shown in the chart/list. If you do not select anything here, you will see the loading types selected under the Selection tab.
  • Work centers – Here you select for which work centers that the loading will be shown in the chart/list. The warehouse you selected to work in affects which operations/work centers that are shown in both the chart and the list.
  • Order types – Here you select which order types you wish to include in the chart/list.
  • Total per work center – Here you decide if you want to show data per work center when you view the total mode as well. The corresponding setting is also available under the Selection tab.
  • Sorting – Here you decide if sorting should be made by Start date or by Order date. The corresponding setting is also available under the Selection tab.

Miscellaneous

  • Sectioning – Here you can, if needed, change the sectioning you chose under the Selection tab.
  • Time scale – If you under the Selection tab chose the Fixed time scale, then it is possible here to change the time scale, if needed.

Calculate with

  • Accumulated diff. incl. lag – This setting is activated by default. It determines if the accumulated difference should include the hours that are lagging or if the difference should be counted from the first week displayed in the chart.
  • Simulation factor – This checkbox is not activated by default. If you activate this setting, the remaining time will be divided by the percentage entered as simulation factor for the work center in question. This affects the number of loading hours, but not the positioning of the loading on the time axis.
  • Man-hours – This setting is not marked by default. By activating this setting, the remaining setup time will be multiplied by the staffing factor for setup time, and the remaining unit time will be multiplied by the staffing factor for unit time. The staffing factor is entered for the work center, but it can be overridden for a particular manufacturing operation.
