TimeCard

This option is perfect for fitters, repairmen, and other employees who work out in the field, or do not have access to a recording terminal. TimeCard is a convenient solution for employees who have non-regulated working hours, and only approve their time worked and report anomalies, such as absence. You can use TimeCard at anytime and anywhere by logging in via mobile, tablet, or computer.

Monitor ERP TimeCard is a web-based solution that enables you to easily report work and attendance subsequently without direct access to the Monitor client or a recording terminal. Your recordings are saved directly to Monitor ERP.

As a basic requirement, those using Monitor ERP TimeCard must have the Time recording module in Monitor ERP.

The logged in user's schedule in Monitor ERP is shown in the calendar in TimeCard. The user’s parameter group and settings in the personnel records determine what is accessible in TimeCard.

All recordings are saved directly in Monitor ERP.

Recordings

All work recordings in TimeCard are followed by the corresponding attendance recording. Which means that for each time unit a user records work, the attendance for the day will increase correspondingly. Please note! The time is added in the order in which the recordings are registered.
