Price adjustment

• You can adjust prices on services. This is possible since services in G5 are parts with their own part type.
• The price is now adjusted in the price unit, not always in the standard unit.
• You can create new rows in the staggered price steps (own list type).
• If you copy price from a price linked to the calculation log, then the new price will also get the same link.
• If you change a price pointing to a record in the calculation log, the link will be broken. There is no reason to for example have a standard price of 100 SEK pointing to a calculation which gives the price 90 SEK.
