Purchase order suggestion

• The procedure has been moved from the Inventory module in G4 to the Purchase module in G5.
• In addition to suggestions to register new purchase orders, you will also see suggestions to reschedule existing orders. Also completely unnecessary orders are shown.
• Easier to see the number of alternative suppliers and to change to any of these. Here you can also compare prices and lead times among the different suppliers.
• A supplier can be entered directly in the list for parts which do not have a supplier link. It is also possible to create a supplier link directly on the part.
• A calendar function is linked to the field Delivery date in the list.
• Ability to activate receiving inspection and enter inspection instruction on the row.
• It is possible to enter text on suggestion rows, it will then become a row type 4 on the purchase order row.
• Shortage date is shown in the list since no suggestions will be created in passed time.
• The part's lead time, weight, and volume, are shown in the list.
