The Security list

In this list you see the users’ security settings and you can configure if the users must change password at the next login. You can also modify the setting for multi-factor authentication, for specific users. These are the same settings that you can also modify per user in the Users procedure.

Require password change

If you activate this setting it means the user must change password at next login. You should activate this setting if you, for example, have made a change in your password policy in the Security settings procedure and you want the user to change their password to have it comply with the password policy.

By using the Find & replace button (Ctrl + H) on the function menu, you can mark the checkbox for all rows if you wish to apply this for all users.

Windows account

If the user has integrated login with a Windows account, this is displayed here.

Web login

If the user is permitted to log in to the mobile client, this checkbox will be marked.

Multi-factor authentication

This setting determines if multi-factor authentication (MFA) should be applied for the user to log in to the Windows client and the mobile client. The following options are available:

  • Use default settings – The general security settings in the Security settings procedure determine if MFA should be applied for the user.
  • On – MFA is always activated for the user.
  • Off – MFA is always deactivated for the user.

Device registration date

Here you see the date of the user’s device registration.

Registration period end date
