Customer group
In the Customer group table you register the customer groups you need. When you start the system for the first time, there are some customer groups included in the program.
You can register an optional number of customer groups as well as delete customer groups. You cannot delete a customer group that is used. Customer groups are linked to customers in the Customer register procedure.
For certain dimensions you cannot enter a code, because it can be a dimension that is linked to a register which is posted automatically, for example, part, customer, etc. This link is created in the Dimensions Dimensions are used by large companies in their accounting in order to divide up activities and make it easier to track internal results. An account is a dimension, although large companies usually use the dimensions cost center (CC), cost unit (CU) and project. Default
Here you determine if the row should be used by default when a new customer is created.
Number
Here you can see the number for the position of the row. This field is numerical. A new row will by default be assigned the next available number. The table/list is sorted by this column. A number is unique and cannot occur on more than one row in the table.
Name
Here you can write a descriptive text as a name. You enter name texts in the company language and they are displayed in the user’s language.
Translations
By using the button Translations you can translate the text to the different active languages registered in the system. Read more about language management for translatable texts.
