In G4 there is information about the personnel scattered over many registers: References, Sellers, and Employees, and to a certain degree also in Users (if a user is one single person). In the personal records you register a person once and there you enter if he/she should be a reference, seller, which employee number the person has, and whether or not it should be linked to a certain user.
You find all information about the person in the Personnel records, for example phone number, address, signature, photo, etc. Information which is specific for a seller is updated in the Seller procedure, for example budget and district.
Since you can link person information to reference and user, you can in G5 see more information about the reference person on a customer order, for example if the person is logged in to Monitor ERP and if it is possible to send a message to that user.
