Fields in the total window

• Total for selected rows excl. setup price – Displays the total amount of all the selected rows, with the setup price deducted. This is the total that the discount is calculated with. This is because the discount doesn’t affect the setup price on the order row.
• Total of setup price – Displays the total amount of all setup prices registered on the order rows. It is not possible to enter an amount that is lower than all the order’s setup prices combined. In such cases, the setup prices should be lowered.
• Last entered total – Shows the current total. If this total is shown in bold font, this is the total that has been entered for the total row. Otherwise, it is calculated based on the entered total row’s discount.
• Last entered Discount – Shows the current total row’s discount. If this total is shown in bold font, this is the discount that has been entered for the total row. Otherwise, it is calculated based on the entered total.
• Total for selected rows – Total for selected rows = the total for the selected rows excluding setup costs + Total of setup price.
• Total – Here you can enter a total of your own in the order’s currency. Based on this total amount, a total row’s discount is calculated (see the field Total row’s discount below). The total row’s discount is entered on all included order rows as Total row’s discount (code 3).
• Total row’s discount­ – Instead of entering your own total, it is possible to enter a discount for the total row as a percentage. This discount is entered on all order rows on the order as Total row’s discount (code 3). A corresponding total is calculated and entered in the Total field (see above). The total row’s discount is calculated based on the total amount excluding setup costs. This is because the discount doesn’t affect the setup price on the order row.
