Only a few employees should be authorized to use this procedure since changes made here are extensive.

The purpose of this procedure is to provide those who have administrator user rights with access to certain administration tools.

For the Support Center personnel and consultants at Monitor, there is also a tab called MSUPPORT they can use for secure access to the system.
