Measuring points
In this table you see the measuring points to be reported in the operation. Which measuring points should be reported depends on the entered quantity to report and the measuring plan's construction on the operation. The measuring points are also grouped according to the measuring plan.
By using the Expand all button (Shift + F8) on the function menu, you can expand/minimize all the rows with measuring points. If the rows are minimized/collapsed, you will only see the OK status if alla rows have been reported as OK.
By using the Show reported rows button you can show already reported measuring points. The filled out measuring points will be hidden when you save the reporting item in the procedure.
By using the Add serial number/batch button you add serial number or batch number to the control measurement, depending on whether the part in the operation is traceable or not. If traceable at serial number level, you can select among the serial numbers linked to the part node that have not been used. If traceable at batch level, you can choose to create batch number from number series or you can manually enter a batch number. You can also enter a charge number.
With the Add unplanned measuring button you can add an unplanned extra measuring. When you click this button you first get to select a measuring template for the measuring and add it to the template. You can also use this button if the operation does not already have a measuring plan and measuring points.
