Shipping services

In this procedure you register shipping services for the shipping agents you use.

Shipping services and any shipment templates are entered per shipping agent. The shipping agents, shipping services, and any shipment templates are linked to the different delivery methods entered in the Terms procedure. This means that the delivery method on the order determines which shipping agent, shipping service, and any shipment template will be selected by default when registering shipments in the Register shipment procedure.

At the very bottom of the window you can see information about who created and most recently modified the information for the current record and at what time. Using the button you will access a log containing all modifications.

Monitor ERP supports bookings with Pacsoft Online, nShift Delivery, and nShift Web-TA. You add your account settings for the export type Shipping in the Settings for export/import procedure. In your account at Pacsoft Online, nShift Delivery, or nShift Web-TA, you configure all shipping agent-specific settings. In nShift Web-TA you find templates where shipping agent, service, and additional service are included. In Pacsoft Online and nShift Delivery you instead find printout favorites where you add the corresponding default settings. Templates and printout favorites can be used as basis in order to configure your default shipment settings and name them. You then enter this name in the Code for shipment template field under the Template tab.
