Print invoice
In this procedure you can print invoices and pro forma invoices that have been approved in one of the procedures Review/Approve invoice, Review/Approve pro forma invoice, and Register invoice directly. The procedure can be automatically opened from these three procedures after invoices have been approved there.
In the procedure you can also send approved invoices to your customers. You can use one or several of the following methods:
- Print the invoices as traditional paper invoices.
- Send the invoices as PDF files attached to e-mails.
- Send as e-invoices via Crediflow. Requires that you have the E-invoice option.
- It is also possible to send e-invoices to a different e-invoice supplier via a plugin for Peppol BIS 3.0.
Text rows that are sub-rows to parts on e-invoices will be exported as an additional text (Note) to the related part row.
Reprints
You can also open the procedure manually to print old invoices, meaning invoices that have already been printed at an earlier time. Reprinted invoices like that are marked with the watermark Reprint by default, but it is possible to deactivate the watermark. When you reprint an invoice, no status etc. will be updated.
With the system setting Recipient of invoice via e-mail is loaded from you decide if the recipient’s e-mail should be loaded from the invoice or from the invoice or the customer register.

Under Selection rows in the backstage of the procedure, you can choose which selection rows that each list type should have, under the Selection tab in the procedure. In the List type field you select for which list type you want to customize the selection rows.
One table shows selection rows possible to select and one one table shows the selected selection rows. You can add, delete, or move selection rows by dragging and dropping the selection rows with your mouse pointer.
Using the Save button
