Print delivery documents
In this procedure you can print several types of documents after the delivery has been reported. The available documents are delivery notes for delivered, comprehensive delivery notes, transport labels, and product descriptions. In the selection and by using the settings, you decide which orders and delivery notes that should be included in the result when you load data to the list.
The result is then shown under the Documents tab. You can also preview the documents under that tab. Then you can check the Include checkbox for the documents to be printed/sent by e-mail when you click Print. The tab is inactivated for ledger records that have no customer order.

Delivery note, delivered
This list type loads delivery notes for deliveries. On these documents you will for example see delivery address, terms, and parts.
Comprehensive delivery note
This list type shows comprehensive delivery notes which are used when you deliver several orders to one single customer at the same time. To be able to print comprehensive delivery notes, the setting Apply comprehensive delivery note must be activated for the affected customers. You find the setting under the button Delivery rules in the customer register. If this setting is not activated, you can instead print the document Delivery note, delivered.
Transport label, sales
This list type loads transport labels per package. Part number, quantity/package, and order number are examples of information displayed on the transport labels. Transport labels can be printed in three format: A4, A5, and Label.
Product description incl. certificate
This list type loads product description including certificates per delivered batch number or serial number.

In a list procedure there is always a tab called Selection where you can select data records in different intervals from the database. The data records are then loaded by using the Load button in the toolbar of the procedure.
Under Selection rows in the backstage of the procedure, you can choose which selection rows that each list type should have, under the Selection tab in the procedure. In the List type field you select for which list type you want to customize the selection rows.
One table shows selection rows possible to select and one one table shows the selected selection rows. You can add, delete, or move selection rows by dragging and dropping the selection rows with your mouse pointer.
Using the Save button you save the selected selection rows.
