Prices

In this box you configure price settings for the customer.

Price list

In this field you select a default price list. Price lists must first be registered in the Price lists procedure.

Configuration price list

This field is available if you have installed the option Product configurator. Here you select which price list should be used for configured parts and selected components in configurations on quotes and customer orders.

Discount

Here you enter a discount percent. This discount will be selected by default e.g. on new order rows for the customer.

Discount on discount

The field makes it possible to automatically give an extra discount to the customer. The priority determines in which order the different discounts will be deducted from the part’s price each.

The regular discount, meaning discount from blanket order, customer link, discount category, or customer discount, will always be deducted first. After that, Discount on discount is deducted. Next, Project discount is deducted, and then lastly the Order discount, if any, is deducted.

In the Register discount procedure, it is possible to change the priority of Discount on discount and Project discount if you want to switch the order of those two discounts.

Discount category

Here you can select a discount category to use. Discount categories must first be registered in the Discount categories procedure.

Alloy cost

Determines if an alloy cost will be added to the order, and if so, at which step it should be added. If you have selected At quote and order registration or At order registration, the alloy cost is included in invoicing plans.

The following options are available:

• None
• At quote and order registration
• At order registration
• At delivery

Customer prices

Here you can see all parts to which the customer is linked/connected. You can add/delete parts with prices and update other part information. If you copy a customer using the Save as function, you can choose to copy the information found under the Prices button. You can go to the Part register procedure by using a link.
