Save document to a voucher

Please note that only documents in PDF format can be saved to a voucher. If you want to save a document to your voucher, you first have to add a PDF inbox in the Scan documents procedure. In the field called Inbox activated for you select the Register vouchers option. You can read more here.

In the section Navigation in the procedure you select the inbox you wish to work with. If there are multiple scanned documents in the inbox (you see the number of documents displayed next to the inbox), use the buttons and at the top of the document viewing window to browse until you see the document you want to save to your voucher. When you then save the voucher, the document will also be saved and is stored on/with the voucher. The documents can be viewed in several different lists by using the Show document button .

Navigation

The Navigation section is only available if you have added an inbox in the Scan documents procedure.

The navigation section works as a side panel which you can use to shift between documents you want to work on. By using the button next to the heading you can collapse and expand the navigation panel. The panel displays the inboxes activated for Register vouchers and the number of documents in each inbox.

By clicking Refresh in the function menu, you can update the information in the navigation panel. This can be useful if you want to see if new documents have arrived while the procedure has been open.

Document viewer window

Here you can navigate between the documents in the selected inbox. If a document is in the inbox but shouldn’t be, that is, it is not a document you should register, you can delete the document using the Delete document button .
