Monitor Academy

Monitor Academy is part of the Monitor methodology for learning Monitor ERP Monitor Academy is an e-learning platform and through this our customers gain access to many useful courses/programs for Monitor ERP.

Every member of the implementation project can learn the basics of G5 – whenever they want and on the device that suits them best – free of charge during the project. This means they'll be better prepared for G5 when our consultants arrive to go through applications on site, which makes for a more efficient project.

Monitor Academy contains everything from basic courses in certain areas to more advanced programs, for example, on options such as the Agent or Warehouse.

And if you have already implemented Monitor ERP, it is possible to buy access to Monitor Academy at a low cost. If you are interested in Monitor Academy, use the form on our website to request more information.

Eight users are given access to Monitor Academy free of charge when a project is started up. If additional users are required, these can be purchased separately.

The members of the project group are assigned a user account for the platform from your project manager or Monitor’s coordinator. This provides unrestricted access to Monitor Academy’s content for the duration of the project, until one month after the company's go-live with G5.

In order to gain access to Monitor Academy, Monitor’s project manager or coordinator will need information about the project members. The following details are required: First name and Family name, E-mail address, and Language (EN/SV). When you receive your activation e-mail, log into Monitor Academy and see the available courses.

If you wish to have continued access to Monitor Academy after going live, this can be purchased on a yearly basis.

When upgrading from G4 to G5, we recommend you to primarily take a look at the material available in the online help function in Monitor ERP such as video and text, focusing on the differences between G4 and G5.

Monitor Academy is included in the upgrade project from G4 to G5 because, despite your previous experience using Monitor, we think you’ll find functions in G5 which will benefit your company. For instance, you may not have used the Monitor-to-Monitor function in G4. Monitor Academy enables you to learn this function from the ground up in G5, free of charge.
