Sales prices

In this box you enter sales prices for the part in the price lists. These price lists must first have been registered in the Price lists procedure. These prices will be suggested on customer orders and invoices as long as there is no customer price in a customer link. All price lists are always available for the part.

Number

In this column you see the consecutive number of the price list.

Price list

In this column you see the name of the price list.

Price

Here you see the part's sales price in the currency of the price list. A minimum of two and a maximum of six decimals will be saved/displayed for the price.

Unit

The part's unit in the price list is always loaded from the Unit field on the main row.

Staggered prices

Under this button you can add staggered sales prices (price ladder) with limit values for quantity, price, and future price. The prices are entered in the currency of the price list and in the part’s unit according to the main row.

Setup price

Here you enter/see the setup price in the currency of the price list. The setup price is always entered with two decimals.

Currency

Here you see the price list’s currency.

Contribution margin

Here you can see the contribution margin (CMClosed The contribution margin (CM) is the difference between the standard price and the sales price.) in the company currency. It is the difference between the sales price and the standard price.

Contribution ratio

Here you can see the contribution ration (CRClosed The contribution ratio (CR) is the portion of the invoice amount (sales price) that the contribution margin represents. CR is entered as a percentage.) in percent. It is the relation between the sales price and the standard price. For example, if the standard price is 20 SEK and the sales price is 30 SEK, the CR will be 33 %. That is, CR = ((30-20)/30)*100 = 33 %,

Price comment

Price comment in the price list is displayed when a customer order and an invoice are created for the part or the customer, in case the price is loaded from the price list.

Valid through

The valid through date indicates for how long the price in the price list is valid. If the date has passed, a warning appears when registering customer orders and invoices for the part or the customer, in case the price is loaded from the price list. If there is a future price, a question appears asking if you wish to apply the future price.

Future price

If the setting Manage future sales prices is activated, you will also see the fields Future price, Future valid through and Future setup price.

You can then enter a future sales price for the part in the currency of the price list and in the part’s default unit.

Future valid through

The future valid through date indicates for how long the future sales price in the price list is valid.

Future setup price

Here you can see/enter the future setup price in the currency of the price list.
