Company information

In this procedure you register all necessary information about your company, such as addresses, corporate ID number, VAT registration number, and bank accounts.

If one or several of your companies use different warehouses, then you can use the option called Warehouse. This can be added to the license. You can then register the warehouses and their respective information. Some information in the Company information is saved per warehouse since the information can vary.

You can add extra fields for this procedure in the Extra fields procedure. If such fields already have been created, these will be available under the Extra fields tab.

The extra fields regarding the company can be used in the footer of different documents. Document footers can be edited in the Document templates procedure. The purpose of this is to make it possible to show optional information about the company in the document footers.
